Q: What Headsets do you carry?

A: We carry: Oculus Rift S, Valve Index, HTC Vive, HTC Vive Pro, and Oculus Quest 2

Q: Covid-19 Precautions?

A: We require all employees to wear face masks and gloves while assisting you. We also disinfect all surfaces including  headset masks with medical wipes & antibacterial wipes.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: We ask that you not wear hats, and wear something comfortable to play in!

Q :What if i don't use up all my time?

A: Give us your first and last name and we'll put your time in the system! 

​

Q: Does my time expire?

A: Your time expires after three months.

​

Q: Can i wear my glasses?

A: If possible, wear contacts to play. big frame glasses will sometimes not fit, most times they fit.

​

Q: Is there multiplayer games?

A: There is 6 multiplayer games.

​

Q: Can i bring outside food and drink?

A: Absolutely, just no consumption around the units.

​

Q:  What's the best time to come in?

A: Wed-Friday is always open.

​

Q: Do i need to make a reservation?

A: Friday-Sunday we would recommend a reservation as sometimes we have private parties or we are full! Reservations can be made online or by calling 972-332-8618

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in between Plano, Tx and Allen, TX! Intersection is Custer and McDermott! 2035 W McDermott Dr. Suite 470 Allen, Tx 75013.
